I have emailed countless times to return an item to Silkfred as no where can you get into 'My Account' which they ask you to do before printing label to return item. No one comes back to you to help and also there is no contact telephone number to speak to someone which is very odd. Would not use them again.

I knew when ordering through SilkFred and get multiple different deliveries. However, the return policy is based on each individual item, so you have 14 days to notify SilkFred from the delivery date of EACH item, this is not stated on their website. This wouldn't be so much of a problem if they all arrive at similar times, however, my parcels arrived over a space of 2 weeks. So when I requested a return after everything arrived I was not able to do so for most of the products. I have been in touch with customer services and even though I am still within their 46 day send back period they will not allow the return. So if I sent the products back they would be in time, but the only answer I get from customer services is no. I will not be ordering again and will be publicing the awful customer services on every website possible.

Very helpful.. I had trouble getting my order sent to nz and customer service were very helpful.

I struggled a bit with my first order. It didn't seem to want my email address. No problem someone got back to me pronto. Excellent service, kept me up to date with order tracking. Dress arrived and it is gorgeous. Excellent quality. Will definetely be ordering again.

All the clothes I ordered were good quality and fitted as expected. My one query was dealt with efficiently.

Excellent service .. very friendly and respectful staff. I struggled to login into my account and couldn’t process a return. I emailed customer service and within less than 2 hours I received an email attached with a return sticker and instructions. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

I emailed a question and within seconds it was responded to. The response given enabled me to access the Silkfred like and share group which is exactly what I was looking for.

Fab customer service on both Instagram and the contact us service. It was my mistake and the team helped me from start to finish and I’m waiting for my beautiful dress to arrive tomorrow. Unfortunately I popped the wrong number to my address, Helen explained to me that this could not be changed and she immediately cancelled my order and processed my refund. Communication was perfect, I didn’t need to worry about anything. Purchased another one, checked my address a million times :) Thank you x

I spoke with Leanne in Customer Services who was extremely friendly and responsive and worked hard to get a result that I was okay-ish with. I'm not satisfied with how SilkFred's returns policy doesn't take into account that Covid can make you too unwell to deal with clothes by the time they arrive and it's impossible to make a return if you are isolating. However, this is partially redeemed by Leanne making an effort, being quick and efficient and friendly . And she always puts kisses on her emails. Bless!
